A week prior, our son got onto his first GA flight. The flight was short and besides a few bumps right after takeoff, he did not seem to mind. We decided to go on another very short flight the following week. We went over Dublin again. I asked flight following. The controller was pretty busy but able to help out. As expected, right after take off the few bumps made the kid cry. But we gave him some cookies to calm him down. After a couple turns we headed back to KHWD and landed uneventfully. He likes the sound of the stall horn on landing, so made a long flair to get this sound to last a little linger than usual.
